Dear Brenda,

Thank you for taking the time to share all of these details.

I have carefully examined the section that you have shared and I am
curious which of the below have I broken?

Do not share false or misleading content: – Everything I share and I
create, I believe it is correct. I have no intention of misleading anyone.

Do not share content in a way that you know is, or think may be,
misleading or inaccurate, including misinformation or disinformation. –
I accept that I might be wrong, so kindly let me know if there was a
particular post which you believe was any of the mentioned here.

Do not share content to interfere with or improperly influence an
election or other civic process. – Here I’m not sure if by “civic
process” you also include the russian invasion of Ukraine, but if that
is the case, do you consider that I am influencing it in an “improper”
manner? With my 5-10 reactions per post do you think I was having such a
power of influence?

We may prevent you from posting content from sites that are known to
produce or contain misinformation. – Here I would really appreciate if
you could flag those right away. I feel I am doing my checks before
re-sharing but you never know when a trusted outlet becomes sold to an
inappropriate person.

Do not share content that directly contradicts guidance from leading
global health organizations and public health authorities; including
false information about the safety or efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines. –
Here I even wrote and shared an article about the Sentinelese to raise
awareness on why vaccines are good.

Do not share false content or information, including news stories, as
though they are true or likely true. – I don’t think I am sharing false
stories, but kindly let me know in case there was one that was false and
I, myself, fell for it.

Do not post “deepfake” images or videos of others or otherwise post
content that has been manipulated to deceive. – I don’t think I am
sharing those either.

Do not share content or endorse someone or something in exchange for
personal benefit (including personal or family relationships, monetary
payment, free products or services, or other value), unless you have
included a clear and conspicuous notice of the personal benefit you
receive and have otherwise complied with our Advertising Policies. – /I
am not doing any of that. /

One thing that I was doing systematically since the feb 24th russian
invasion of Ukraine, was to raise awareness on how group mentality can
lead to such a big ignorance that humans that run away from an
oppressive political system into a NATO country, forget the initial
reasons why they ran away, can not appreciate the comfort and the
evolution of their current host country, and from this NATO country (US
included) they support the expansion of their initial political system,
through genocide on another nation. There are high chances (educated
chances) that they’ll reconsider the value of the political system which
offers them the comfort of living a fulfilling life only through a
trauma (an offense), and this can come through the educated offenses I
was constructing (it can come also from a system breakdown like the one
of the soviet union). I doubt that my posts had such a power since I was
getting 5-10 reactions. I can understand that your platform wouldn’t
want to be part of such a world shift, but my reach was far from leading
or contributing to such a shift.

Was there any other reason why the access to my profile was suspended?
It is for my curiosity as I accept that I might be wrong in certain
aspects.

I will not post anything for a while as I didn’t feel it brought any of
the expected change in the world and it did come to a cost for me (time
wise and energy wise).

I will welcome you reconsidering your decision.

Hi George

I hope you’re doing well!

Wanted to introduce myself as your point of contact at LinkedIn, and I made this short video to tell you more:

Currently there are roughly 9 million members on LinkedIn across Scandinavia, and more than 1 million of them are currently looking for a job on LinkedIn. With an average tenure of less than 2 years across the Nordics, people are quitting jobs and moving around quicker than ever and using LinkedIn to do so.

If you want to learn how you can engage with this talent and secure the people you need to secure the growth of your business, feel free to book a meeting with me.

All the best,

hi Hope,

I see that we have a clash of Values, between me and linkedin, and
that’s ok.

For me Education is of utmost importance (it is more important than
Business) and I can understand why linkedin might find some of my ideas
counterproductive from a Business point of view.

Let me elaborate on the two posts that you have selected, not to excuse
myself, but maybe to give you and your team glimpses into my view on the
delicate balance between “instigation to hate” and Highlighting a very
dangerous Cognitive Dissonance that is causing the killing of so many
Ukrainians and other nations.

I’ll start with the “deportation” one. The humans from rusia consider
rusia to be a “great country” yet they run away (because of
“corruption”) to a civilized country (which most of the times is a NATO
country). Why would “deportation” to a “great country” be a bad thing?
If the country would be truly great, it shouldn’t be any issue, but if
there are concerns about that, then a rusian individual might take the
possibility of deportation as an inspiration to understand and
appreciate the sacrifice of the ancestors of the country they are living
in and the Human Rights they have where they were welcomed to settle. Of
course, “deportation” of rusians is impossible to happen because the EU
and the USA are highly evolved political systems in which the individual
human has Human Rights, but the “possibility of Deportation”, now that
is something. On the other post, my idea is that change in rusia towards
more Human Rights can happen only from the rusians that live in
civilized countries that have Human Rights, but that can happen only if
they notice them. Isn’t it interesting that rusians run away from rusia
because of corruption but then they feel entitled to support the same
regime to be spread above other countries, Ukraine included?

The difference between my posts and “instigation to hate” is the fact
that I am not asking for anything physical to happen to the rusians. I
am not asking them to be punished or locked down. I am asking them to be
deprived of the rights that they want to deprive the Ukrainians of. I
was surprised you didn’t select the post where I compare the freedom the
rusians have in the EU to protest and to openly support their leaders in
this war, with ISIS supporters that at some point might want to protest
in the same manner. I believe that post had a lot of engagement so I can
see how that might have been aligned to linkedin’s KPIs.

When linkedin has the possibility to at least allow Education to happen
through its channels but can not recognize the difference between
“constructive psychological pressure” and “hate speech” it makes me
question as well my existence on the platform.

These weeks without access to your platform has shown me that I’m not
really dependent on linkedin, and although I have lost a big part of my
network, it is much less than what the Ukrainians are losing to the
rusian aggression every day.

I haven’t decided yet whether I will continue to be active on linkedin
or not, regardless of what you decide further regarding my profile but
if at some point in the future you will want to use linkedin as a way to
drive cultural change and to make the world a better place, I will be
open to collaborate with you. Remember that you can build bridges
between cultures only when both groups of humans accept the existence of
the other one. Any bridge towards a culture that denies the existence of
the other group will be used to physically decimate the other group.

With kind regards,

George Lupascu-P.

“This is an example of why it is #AllrussiansFault. The russian culture is built as such that the humans being part of it will cling to the most unreasonable LIE in order to save their wrongly perceived and educated “grateness” while disregarding all the other humans, especially the enemy (which ever it might be at one point in time: Chechens, Tatars, Ukrainians, etc) There was no destalinization yet unfortunately.”

Content Creation Time: Fri, 19 Aug 2022 21:31:50 GMT
“I would recommend a petition for Deportation of the russians from the “evil” NATO countries back to the “great russia”. This could force them to understand that no nation wants the corruption these russians ran away from to a civilized country in the first place. Facing the possibility of being Deported, the russians living in NATO countries might start understanding which side is better for their OWN individual lives, and maybe start appreciating the ancestors of the civilized countries they live in and their sacrifice to make the country so comfortable.”
