I have worked with George on a project on diagnosing the Organizational culture in our call center, using his experience and their researched instrument. The main purpose was to identify what we can do in a more focused way, in order to decrease the attrition that was higher than we had considered accepted. The evaluation managed to highlight a few points that weren’t obvious before and, we’ve also managed to understand how some of the cultural differences had influenced some of the misunderstandings in strategy between the mother company and our local subsidiary. I’m looking forward to working with George on a future project.
