We had the pleasure of working with Mr. Lupascu on a project on diagnosing the Organizational culture in one of our teams, using their researched instrument. Our main purpose was to improve our overall well-being and performance of our employees and identify whether there was something that could be done systematically to drive the team to be more efficient. From the results of the evaluation we’ve got several points that made things clearer and helped us, the senior leadership team, understand how our behaviors were influencing the current state of affairs in the team. We’re looking forward to working with Mr. Lupascu on a future project!
