Do Organizational Transformations take long?

Not necessarily. If done properly, depending on the National Culture, they can take between 8 to 12 months.

Some of the signals that the Organizational Transformation is not done properly are: if the process feels a burden to everyone; if it is more than 2 years and there is no visible improvement in the results of the business; if the level of frustration of people has increased.

We disagree with the fact that the Organizational Transformation process has to take long, but we need to understand that Cultural Change is a process with a long lag (minimum 6 months) and patience together with being confident and precise on the changes is paramount.
