Pricing, Time, and Effort:

The Price depends on the complexity of the organization and the number of dysfunctionalities it has at the starting moment of this journey. It is not connected to the hours spent by the consultant for the project.

As for the Timeline, it can take one week if the organization was “healthy” before the transition. Otherwise, it is needed from 3 to 12 months for the change to be felt internally, independent of us, and our external support, but the speed can be improved by using coaches for the professionals that have reached a high level of distrusting the organization.
