When to use this service?
This service is the most suitable for Organizations or Departments in which it is known that many things can be improved, but it is hard to allocate resources for everything in the same time, and it is not clear with which priority the challenges need to be tackled so that the maximum amount of energy is released in the organization with the minimum amount of cost (in time, energy and budget).
How does it work?
We start by measuring the current way your professionals work. Further, we identify and prioritize the biggest issues and we create a workable plan to remove some of the challenges and release energy in the system. We do these by using workshops on national culture tendencies, coaching sessions, leadership evaluation tools, qualitative interviews, and reviews.
Pricing, Time, and Effort:
The Price depends on the complexity of the organization and the number of dysfunctionalities it has at the starting moment of this journey. It is not connected to the hours spent by the consultant for the project.
As for the Timeline, it takes one month for the clarity phase and further is needed between 6 to 12 months for the change to be felt internally, independent of us, and our external support.
