Full Description | In this session we will prepare the trainers that work with immigrants on a daily basis to practically use the differences between the cultural values in order to highlight populistic messages that are educated in the humans coming from less developed societies. It is paramount to be able to identify what “corruption” means, why certain societies are not so comfortable to live in, why some of the very things that make us “proud” or “feel” valuable to us, are the things used by the people in power to push us away from the native country. Failing to understand the real reasons behind unconstructive states of affair will disable an individual from managing to create a fulfilling life in the new environment. Included in the price of this session are as well two hours of support for each of the trainers, to be used in the following three months, at a date and time agreed at a comfortable time for both sides at least 2 weeks prior. |
