| Full Description | The Transformation Agent will understand what is Corporate Culture that can be Diagnosed and Transformed, and what is simply “hot air”. Further they will understand how to use the Diagnosis tools, how to help their clients focus and distinguish between positive initiatives that are generally constructive and the ones that were good only for a particular company in a particular set of circumstances. Included in the price is one Organizational Diagnosis to be used in the next three months, together with one hour of support for the results interpretation. |
