Our top management team and I worked closely with George to evaluate our organizational culture. The results determined us to book 2 full days for an offsite workshop where we established the strategy to align and improve it. I consider it extremely helpful and would definitely do it again. Although it takes time to see the entire impact, I can already see a lot of improvements due to following the low hanging fruits.
