We had a pleasure to work with George on a project on diagnosing the Organizational culture in our company, using their researched instrument. Our main purpose was to identify whether there was something that could be done to drive more cohesion and collaboration in the team, and whether there were any aspects of our current way of working that were hindering us from doing that. From the results of the evaluation we’ve got several very practical points that made things clearer and we could take some actions for improvement and making company`s climate more healthy and comfortable for boosting and growing our talents. I very hope that we will have a chance to work with George on other projects.
