I know George for more than 8 years now and I’ve had the pleasure of working with him on a project of evaluating the Organizational Culture of our newly formed company. The evaluation was done in a very concise and efficient way and the results helped us understand the things that were already under control, as well as the main things we had to focus on, as leaders, in order to drive the organization to the next level. The results also highlighted some of the behaviors that were very helpful and a few that we had to work on. I’m looking forward to working with George on a future project!
