If they are delivered by experts in this field, the answer is no. The Workshops are using structures and give general tendencies of people from particular cultures, but each workshop is designed for that particular audience and focuses on teaching those particular professionals to use the experience to improve their own cross-cultural interactions and collaborations.
When a participant to a workshop tries to deliver further the knowledge to new audiences, and focuses only on the information, disregarding the audience, then yes, that type of workshop will feel like it is teaching only stereotypes.
