This service is designed for Executives who want to get a glimpse into the Culture they might have in their organization, solely based on their answers to the instrument that evaluates the Organizational Culture.
How does it work?
The advantage of this approach is in the fact that it enables the executive to test the instrument without needing to engage more professionals. It takes longer than the usual survey used to measure the Team culture and it provides limited insights into the Existing Current Culture (as it is based only on one set of perceptions), but it can offer some new insights into what could be improved, and can trigger the decision to go for a full Diagnosis.
