| Full Description | The Transformation Agent will understand which elements of the way the Organization’s environment are driving a Culture for Performance, and which ones are blocking it. Most importantly, the professionals will understand which constructive practices that deliver results in other organizations, are NOT supporting a Culture for Performance, and how to transform these. Included in the price is one Organizational Diagnosis evaluating the levers of change needed to transform the Culture into a Culture for Performance. (to be used in the next three months, together with one hour of support for the results interpretation.) |
