| Full Description | In this session we will go through the concepts of Culture, Values, and Cultural Differences. We will highlight what Culture and Values are, and what they are not. How these concepts are misused, and how their power is stripped out from them. We will highlight practically how Cultures are formed, how the Values influence our behaviors, how they blind sometimes large groups of people, and how they trigger them to close down to other groups of humans. We will go through several frameworks and highlight some of their strong points and some of their deficiencies. Included in the price of this session are as well two hours of support for each of the trainers, to be used in the following three months, at a date and time agreed at a comfortable time for both sides at least 2 weeks prior. |
