Is there a difference between Organizational and National Culture?

Yes. One is used to measure the tendency people have in a particular society governed by that particular educational system, state organizations, history, religion if it is the case, and with their climate and geographical land-forms.

The Organizational culture is used to understand “how the professionals from one organization relate to each other, to their work and to the outside world, in comparison to other organizations.” as Prof. G. Hofstede has captured it.
