This service is designed for middle managers that want to be more efficient and want to remove any difficulties they might have in the multicultural team in which they are working.
How does it work?
With more than 17 years of experience in Corporate Psychology and 7 years as an Accredited Practitioner on Cultural Differences, we have the broad understanding to find variants to the most complex corporate situations and help the manager progress towards a positive outcome. We meet via a virtual platform and through discussions, simulations, and exercises we develop together with the coachee the needed new skill, or the new perspective over the state of affairs.
Pricing, Time, and Effort:
The price is €130 per hour. Sometimes two sessions are enough, other times the manager needs one to three months. We can meet every week or with a lower frequency, as needed.
