When to use this service?
This service is designed for the Executives, Leaders, and Managers that have difficulties in adjusting to the new role (either cross-functional, cross-cultural, or in other organizations, or units) and wish to get particular advice on their personal behaviors that are hindering their people to drive the organization in the right direction, as well as their behaviors that are enabling and energizing their people, and might be unconscious.
This Service can be used as well by the Executives that need support in their Organizational Transformations journeys, and want to tap fast into practical knowledge on group behavior, what can work and what is already proven to back fire.
How does it work?
We use a 360 feedback instrument to identify the behaviors of the executive that are not in line with the needed culture. During the discussion with the executive, we highlight both the functional behaviors as well as the ones that do not fit the current assignment for various reasons.
Pricing, Time, and Effort:
The price is $900 for the initial 360 report evaluation and further, $300 per session or $1100 per month (4 sessions).
This service takes 100 minutes and afterward can be continued with either the service of one of our partner Coaches or of an internal or other preferred Coach.
