When to use this service?
This service is for organizations that want to tackle their challenges regarding People, Culture, HR, and Organizational Development, in a concise and precise manner, with external expert support.
We are solving the following challenges:
- High turn over of people in one department or in the entire organization
- Frictions between departments (lack of collaboration between departments or teams)
- A higher level of office politics between employees affecting the delivery of some of the projects
- Disengaged and unmotivated employees
- Employees feel overwhelmed or burnt out
- Any other corporate problem that is related to how people work together towards achieving their goals or that was identified with the Organization’s instruments (Employee satisfaction survey, CSS, EE, etc.)
How does it work?
- The client contacts us showing their interest in the service and briefly describing the challenge
- We organize the Take-in discussion (45 min) to understand in more details the challenge
- We agree on the details of the project (SPOC, success criteria, time frame, milestones, etc.)
- We apply our experience and fix the issue
Pricing, Time, and Effort:
The price is defined based on the value the fixing of the problem brings to the company, and it has two components: an ongoing monthly administrative component, and the component at the end of the project, when the challenge is fixed, having the results measured in a precise manner.
The price is not influenced by the time and effort we have to put into the project in order to make it a success.
