Yes and No. It can be a functional process to “export an Organizational Culture” to the new subsidiary in the same country if you use professionals from the mother company that are from the same culture, and there are high chances that the new subsidiary will work even more efficiently.
However, most of the time the answer to the above question is No, because of the National culture, as in the global economical environment, the new subsidiary will most likely be in another country where the management systems have to be adjusted to engage the local professionals based on their unconscious values.
