This would be funny if it wouldn’t be real, ….and so scary, ….and so COMMON.

I’ve seen this so many times in all of the Diagnoses I’ve applied on various Organizations, that I couldn’t believe this is possible….

How is it possible for someone to ask for their people’s honesty, only to slam it down in such a brutal manner? What’s the goal? Is it the HR person that has a problem, is it the CEO or the entire organization?
