I’ve seen this so many times in all of the Diagnoses I’ve applied on various Organizations, that I couldn’t believe this is possible….
How is it possible for someone to ask for their people’s honesty, only to slam it down in such a brutal manner? What’s the goal? Is it the HR person that has a problem, is it the CEO or the entire organization?
Experience thought me to be patient, run the diagnostic tool and offer the recommendation that will bring the most positive improvement for the organization’s results and for the majority of the people, while comfortable to the executives.
